結(jié)晶紫(Crystal violet) 又稱甲紫，屬于堿性染料，可以和細(xì)胞核中的DNA結(jié)合，從而將細(xì)胞核染成紫色。

結(jié)晶紫在細(xì)胞學(xué)、組織學(xué)和細(xì)菌學(xué)等方面應(yīng)用極廣，可用于菌染色、菌生物膜染色、細(xì)胞核染色、中心體及骨架蛋白染色以及半定量細(xì)胞計數(shù)，是一種優(yōu)良的染色劑。

本產(chǎn)品濃度低，適合用于培養(yǎng)細(xì)胞染色。
